Experienced Healthcare Team

One of the easiest—and most important—steps you can take to jump start your health care journey is choosing a primary care physician (PCP), who may be a family medicine or internal medicine specialist.

PCPs are often your main partner for managing your overall health—your biggest advocate, guide, and health expert. In short, they are one of the most crucial members of your health care team.

Annual physical exams

Annual routine physicals are normal in-person check-ins to evaluate health, track and identify any medical conditions or changes, and discuss recommendations for staying healthy.

Welcome-to-Medicare physicals and Medicare annual wellness exams

Similar to annual physical exams, Medicare-covered routine examinations—one conducted within the first 12 months of enrollment into Medicare Part B and then one every year thereafter—serve to establish a health baseline, track health over time, and build collaborative care plans with your doctor.

Wellness visits

These preventive care visits can help us guide you to make choices that promote better health, and catch any health problems early.

Wellness woman exam

A wellness women exam encompasses four parts: A physical exam, breast exam, pelvic exam, and pap smear.

DOT Physicals

A Department of Transportation physical exam is required of commercial drivers—intended to make sure that drivers are physically, mentally, and emotionally fit for the job.

Pre-operative evaluations

Performed at the request of a surgeon, pre-operative evaluations ensure that patients are healthy enough to safely undergo anaesthesia and surgery. The appointment typically includes a physical examination, cardiac evaluation, lung assessment, and any relevant lab tests.
